Terms of Service

1. Booking and Reservations

• All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation.
• Bookings can be made through our website, by phone, or via email.
• A booking is confirmed upon receipt of payment or written confirmation from us.
• Participants must be at least 18 years of age or accompanied by a parent or guardian.

2. Payment Terms

• Payment is due at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed.
• We accept major credit cards and bank transfers.
• All prices are in EUR unless otherwise specified.
• Group bookings may require a deposit; full payment is due 7 days before the tour.

3. Cancellation Policy

• Free cancellation: Up to 24 hours before the scheduled tour.
• Late cancellation: Cancellations within 24 hours may incur a 50% charge.
• No-show: Full payment is forfeited for no-shows.
• Weather-related: Free rescheduling or full refund for tours canceled due to severe weather.

4. Tour Participation

• Participants are responsible for arriving on time at the designated meeting point.
• Our tours involve walking; comfortable shoes are strongly recommended.
• Participants should inform us of any medical conditions or limitations in advance.
• We reserve the right to refuse participation to anyone under the influence of alcohol or drugs.
• Our walking tours are not suitable for wheelchair users due to the historic nature of the routes.

5. Tour Modifications

• We reserve the right to modify tour routes, timing, or guides if necessary.
• Minimum of 2 participants required for group tours; we may combine groups.
• In rare cases of force majeure, tours may be canceled with a full refund.

6. Liability

Cosmopolitan Tours shall not be held liable for:

• Injuries or accidents occurring during the tour (participants walk at their own risk).
• Loss of personal belongings or valuables.
• Delays or changes caused by circumstances beyond our control.
• Services provided by third parties.

7. Intellectual Property

All tour content, including guides, routes, and materials, are the property of Cosmopolitan Tours. Reproduction or distribution without written consent is prohibited.

8. Privacy

We collect and process personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By using our services, you consent to such processing.

9. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of Germany. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Berlin, Germany.
